Independence matters in verification

Back to menu

The platform operates independently in relation to how suppliers are verified, assessed and scored.

Client relationships do not influence:

  • Verification outcomes

  • Trust scoring

  • Supplier visibility

IntegriQA applies the same verification methodology to all suppliers, regardless of size, geography or client relationship.

No supplier is treated differently. Equality in verification is non-negotiable*.

*IntegriQA reserves the right to refuse to onboard a supplier if they are a sanctioned entity or would cause reputational damage to the platform.

Trust is earned, not assumed.

Back to menu

All supplier trust scores are generated using the same objective framework based on:

  • Documentation completeness

  • Accuracy of declarations

  • Responsiveness during verification

  • Currency of certificates and information

  • Ongoing efforts to keep corporate data up to date

  • Trust scoring is not affected by commercial relationships, brand names or subscription tier.

Scoring reflects information quality and supplier behaviour - not spend.

Our Ethical Standards

Back to menu

Our Principles

  • Integrity before growth: A fair and transparent experience for every supplier, regardless of size, type or location.

  • Fairness before favouritism: No paid promotion. No pay-to-rank. Visibility is earned on merit.

  • Transparency before convenience: Clients see balanced information to make informed procurement decisions not just based on price signals alone.

  • Honesty alongside verification and accuracy before automation: Advanced analytics combined with supplier self-declarations generates a trust score indicative of the quality of partnership clients can expect.

  • Payment never buys influence: Scores reflect accuracy, behaviour and performance; not spend.

Verification must be impartial, defensible and consistent to be trusted.

Trust score explained (supplier view)

A Trust Score reflects:

  • Documentation accuracy

  • Completeness of submissions

  • Frequency of self-declaration updates

  • Commitment to transparency

It does not reflect:

  • How much you pay

  • How big you are

  • Which client you serve

  • Who you know

Trust is earned through honesty and effort.

Automation without fairness creates risk. We do neither.

Back to menu

Suppliers always retain the right to:

  • Update documentation

  • Challenge decisions regarding trust scores

  • Request reassessment

  • Appeal outcomes

  • Escalate queries

We believe accuracy improves when businesses are allowed to correct and refine information over time.

Verification is not a one-off judgment; it is a living process. IntegriQA will always offer review and remedy*.

*The only score IntegriQA awards is the Trust score. Clients are responsible for awarding timeliness of delivery, quality, performance and warranty scores. We can arbitrate if and when  a supplier appeals.

How Integrity Is Managed

Back to menu

IntegriQA is designed to deliver consistent, repeatable, auditable verification.

We ensure:

  • A structured verification approach

  • Document validation standards

  • Objective assessment logic

  • Audit-ready processes

  • Escalation controls

  • Supplier rights of review

Pre-qualification outcomes are supported by transparent logic, not opaque decisions.

Automation with accountability

Back to menu

IntegriQA uses automation and advanced analytics to:

  • Reduce inconsistency

  • Improve fairness

  • Speed up verification

  • Standardise review

  • Eliminate subjectivity

Automation is not used to remove human accountability, it is used to ensure:

  • Accuracy

  • Consistency

  • Speed

  • Equality

Suppliers are never judged by algorithm's alone.

Visibility cannot be bought.

Back to menu

Payment provides access to verification and the platform. It does not influence ranking, placement or preference.

Search results reflect the criteria clients choose, such as trust, quality or price, not how much a supplier pays. A supplier with a higher trust score will appear ahead of others when trust is the selected priority, regardless of size, location or subscription tier.

Suppliers must hold a Premium subscription to complete pre-qualification and receive a trust score. Payment enables access to verification; it does not guarantee approval or ranking.

Trust determines prominence; not payment.

Data protection & confidentiality

Back to menu

IntegriQA stores only:

  • Validation status

  • Expiry statuses

  • Compliance indicators

  • Certificates strictly required for verification

Raw documents are:

  • Securely stored

  • Access-restricted

  • Never sold

  • Never shared beyond client view permissions

  • Used only for verification

We minimise data before we monetise trust.

Clients change – our standards do not.
